i had a really tricky diagnosis that i concluded a customer's 13900ks wasn't getting enough power at 307A/253W (asus's settings post microcode updates) but seemed stable at 400A/320W and i'm kind of praying that is enough. never had a complaint for the 253W setting before.

a few months ago our shop stopped repairing roombas.
which is great. 75% of them had just run through dog shit and everyone was rich enough to pay $120 to have them cleaned, which sucked.
