It's specifically about Pennsylvania, but I suspect it pertains to other states as well.
We need better voter registration efforts, and when the electorate eventually sours on Trump (again) we must be ready to take advantage of that opportunity.

We have the PA turnout data. Dems lost this election on voter registration over the 4 year cycle, and turnout. And for the first presidential election in what is likely a very long time, the total turnout from registered GOPs exceeded that of Dems.
