In 2018. I spent almost a week at the Joshua Tree Inn in room #7 which was Gram Parson's room. Joshua Tree, CA. I have others somewhere. I could feel his presence.

Just love His Holiness.
His Holiness the Dalai Lama teaches, “you must not hate those who do wrong or harmful things; but with compassion you must do what you can to stop them for they are harming themselves, as well as those who suffer from their actions.”

These birds are just amazing. Sandhills have been around for millions of years. If you haven't read Aldo Leopold, you ought to.
“When we hear his call we hear no mere bird. We hear the trumpet in the orchestra of evolution.”

When #AldoLeopold penned "Marshland Elegy" in 1937, only a few dozen #SandhillCrane pairs remained in Wisconsin. Thanks to conservation efforts, the population is now 100,000 strong.

Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva: “It’s time to inflict another defeat on the deniers. Without the Paris Agreement, the world would be doomed to catastrophic warming of almost 5 degrees by the end of the century. We are moving in the right direction, but at the wrong speed.”
