We desperately need a real progressive option. Enough with the compromising on core values.
BREAKING: Green Party Leader Elizabeth has confirmed that, due to the assurances she received from the prime minister regarding Canada's climate targets during QP today, she WILL support the budget.

The Liberals only need one more "yes" vote to avoid an election.

Dr Oz isn’t mincing words, he’s stating the regime’s eugenicist goals loud & clear

“Want to drop the cost of healthcare in America? Get healthy”

Where does that leave disabled and chronically ill people?

We can’t “choose” to get healthy.

They have no plan for healthcare.

Their plan is eugenics

Do you know why girls used to get married at 15?

Because they were forced to

They were “property”

They had no rights

They couldn’t vote, own a home or have a credit card

Just because we used to do it that way doesn’t make it right.

They were kids then & they’re kids now

The New York Times obit for Alice Wong doesn’t mention Covid or Gaza

It ignores two of her biggest causes because of political bias

Alice fought tirelessly for Covid mitigations

She fought for the people of Gaza

She rightfully reminded us that the genocide in Gaza is a disability justice issue

Around two-thirds of voters in Ecuador opposed a measure to allow the return foreign military bases, a result that was widely seen as a surprise. Voters also rejected a separate effort to rewrite the country’s progressive 2008 constitution, which enshrined strong labor and environmental rights.

The world must come to our senses and cut economic ties with the Israel, US, UK, EU, and their allies and vassals. If we want to stop their extermination of the Palestinian people as well as the genocidal-ecocidal destruction they intend to expand over the 21st century, that is.

If you want to understand just how bad rape culture is, over 80 men from a small region of France participated in the rape of Gisele Pelicot

For a decade, her husband drugged her and solicited men to rape her

A few said no, but not a single one went to the police

Not a single one tried to help

He's not entirely wrong, but there's nuance. First we distinguish between crude population density (which is low) and ecological density (which is high). But more importantly, the world is not over-populated, it is OVER-CONSUMING. If we could rein in our appetites, we'd be fine.

Why?

Because the regime claims it won’t tolerate any violent political speech.

Yet Trump just pardoned Suzanne Ellen Kaye, a woman who threatened to kill FBI agents in the wake of Jan 6th.

a big runoff last night, in New Orleans:

Calvin Duncan was exonerated after spending *28 years* in prison; he tried to get his own case records from the New Orleans city clerk—but the office dragged its feet.

So Duncan ran to become city clerk himself, and yesterday ousted the incumbent.

Them: “I’m sick of subsidizing their groceries when mine cost so much”

SNAP does not drive up grocery prices.

That would be inflation, tariffs & corporate greed.

For every $1 spent on SNAP there’s a $1.50 going back into the economy.

While you’re blaming the poor, the rich are robbing everyone.
