BREAKING: We won!

Today the 3rd Circuit Court ordered the @post-gazette.com to restore our contract it illegally tore up 5 years ago. That’s our health care, PTO, right to a 40-hr. work week, short-term disability and so much more we’ve struck for 3+ years.

Make no mistake about it: This administration is trying to take away your ability to protest their new secret police force and even stand next to those who do so, and they are abusing the legal system to do so.

Kat is not afraid. I'm not either. We all have to stand together here. We will win.

Please support the striking pittsburgh post-gazette workers who have spent almost 3 years out on strike, bravely standing up workplace democracy in the face of flagrant union busting. Don’t read the scab paper and donate to the strike fund!
Happy Labor Day. Today, we marked 1,049 days on strike against @post-gazette.com management who have been running the most lawless union-busting campaign in America.

I wanted to highlight the full extent of the government’s depraved conduct.
