Remembering my absolutely magnificent, mean, & moody co-star in The Exquisite Cadaver (Las Crueles), the brilliant Argentinian actor Carlos Estrada, born on this day in 1927.
It won’t surprise you to hear I lost a little piece of my heart to him.

This is an audio recording produced and directed by Stuart Morriss for Misty Moon, published by Andrews UK Ltd, and available as a download from Amazon Audible, Google Play and Spotify. Great for listening on your smartphone while travelling. But don't upset other commuters by laughing too much!

Your column about coffee was unreadable in today’s hard copy.
So you can’t afford an ‘0at Milk Latte’.
Oh please. Don’t buy it then.
It really is as simple as that.

That's the wonderful Judy Matheson (Jarvis) burning at the stake. Have been honoured to meet & chat with her over the years.

Plus others from Hammer who worked with Peter Cushing (you never hear a bad word about him) and...
On this day in 1971, Twins of Evil, the third film in what’s become known as Hammer’s ‘Karnstein Trilogy’, was released. In one of his finest performances, Peter Cushing chills as puritan witch-hunter Gustav Weil 🖤
