Crohn's disease in pts with PSC (compared to CD w/o PSC).

- isolated ileal disease is rare (3-6%)
- milder inflammation
- lower rates of B2/B3
- ?rectal sparing
- ?higher disease burden on the right

- milder disease course
- heavier disease burden on right
