Wondering why contactless payment isn’t allowed on journeys to/from London Luton, when it is allowed on journeys to London Gatwick, which is 20 miles further away from London. It would definitely simplify an unnecessarily complicated user experience!

Helping my Grandma address her Christmas cards, and receiving a summary of who each person was, I was struck by the absolute breadth of her life, of the many relationships with people I’ve never even heard of, and now am wondering which people I might still be sending cards to in sixty years.
