So I just got in from the dinner with my clients tonight in DC. We were at the rooftop bar and could see people doing construction on the East Wing. It’s 10:21 PM. So…We can’t pay our Federal employees but can pay contractors OT for a new bunker… I mean new ballroom?! 😒
