Pixar designed Toy Story to be printed on physical film. The Disney renaissance movies were the same.

Today, it's hard to see them as they were meant to be seen. The versions on streaming and home media aren't quite the same films that ruled the '90s:

I was a member of TGA Future Class 2022 and lemmee tell ya, my skin has been crawling since

pretty much every interaction I had with them (few) & story I heard about other members' interactions with them (many) was bad. & by bad I mean, so many shades of being used as photo op tokens & nothing more

The Future Class page was taken down sometime this year—eliminating a definitive archive of honorees.

Saw Back To The Future in IMAX last night. We really need to talk more about how great Crispin Glover was in that movie. Just did an amazing job of portraying George McFly at different stages in his life.
