I don't think we talk enough about how difficult it is when your career consists of constantly battling against diet culture and trying to make people understand that what they've been told their whole life is wrong/stigmatizing/harmful. Esp when you're in a larger body. Shit is exhausting.

Extremely difficult to focus on anything else when all of my friends are being evacuated from their homes, the places I love are burning down, and we are preparing for our evacuated friends to stay with us indefinitely. The devastation from the SoCal wildfires is being felt across the state.
