Wondering why no one likes your posts anymore, even among your friends? It's because @jay.bsky.team and team have decided to hide a huge amount of content from all of our feeds by default.

Here's how to turn it off.

Our Westjet raffle is in 14 hours, and I'd be remiss if I didn’t draw this to your attention: right now, one ticket gives you one-in-270 chance of winning (think of the chances if you buy multiples!) Support employment inclusion here!

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

RIP. Nick was one of the best reporters the Freep ever had. His education reporting was excellent.
Very sad to hear this. Nick was an excellent journalist and a good human. It was a pleasure to be a colleague of his for many years.
Nick Martin: No-nonsense WWSL referee, retired @winnipegfreepress.com education/legislature reporter and good guy who’d drive you to the ferry terminal from the Victoria airport, RIP.

For Cybersecurity Awareness Month, we asked some of our MERLIN staff to share their biggest password pet peeves.

These everyday habits can open the door to major risks. Strong, unique passwords keep our classrooms and campuses secure. 🔐

We are less than three weeks away from our MTS PD Day event! Everyone attending in-person at St. Paul's high school will enjoy a home-cooked lunch, sponsored by the amazing people at @merlin.mb.ca! And the event is only $55 plus fees, which includes membership in ManACE.

On Friday, I was fortunate to be able to attend smudge ceremonies at École Ste. Anne Immersion and Ste. Anne Elementary. Seine River is lucky to have elder Eric Flett and Indigenous Education consultant Chantelle Desorcy working closely with staff and students every day.
Today, SRTA members, along with students and staff in Seine River, are wearing orange to honour residential school survivors. As educators, we move forward on paths of reconciliation through our actions and words, for as long as the sun shines, the grass grows, and the river flows. #OrangeShirtDay

It really feels like this @tsnofficial.bsky.social broadcast is a Calgary regional. Very slanted, but that’s par for the course for this network. I think this might be the last game I watch on TSN.
