Bear Drool - In Katmai NP, we floated a river one day and saw 100+ bears doing all sorts of bear things. One of many captures I made on this trip. Epic! #wildlifephotography #photography #nationalparks #nature

Still mornings, the quiet of snow blanketing the landscape, the squeak of snow underfoot....winter is coming! Hoping for snow in the Tetons in a couple weeks for my next photo workshop. #landscapephotography #nationalparks #grandteton

Something quiet and subtle for Sunday morning from the Palouse. On this morning I was focused on the shape of the landscape and this subtle curve and pastel light really delighted me. Have a great day everyone!

Mama left these cubs sitting in the river, in plain sight of her while she fished nearby. We were stopped on a gravel bar and eating lunch watching these cubs wait for mom to come back. Eat some lunch, shoot some pics of cute cubs, eat more lunch....it was a great way to spend our lunch break!

I heard this today from a top AI guy and it resonated with me...The rise of the internet was an 'information explosion'. The rise of AI is 'cognitive outsourcing'. Think about that for a sec...outsourcing our thinking tasks. what is that going to make us in 10 years? just a thought...

Refuge in the Torrent - A lone leaf is stranded on a rock as the water rushes around it in a small creek in the PNW. We're getting hit with atmospheric river and buckets of rain...the creeks are full! #landscapephotography #photography #PNW #fallcolor

Really impressed with the RAW files from the iPhone 16Pro. Finally got around to taking a few landscape photos with it and was very impressed when I got them on the computer and worked them. For a "camera" I have all the time, it's good! #photography #landscapephotography
