I think we were all raised on thought experiments about how allowing for KKK or Nazi demonstrations was actually proof of how free and liberal our society was that basic rights were extended to those with repugnant views. But in reality it was because these groups never threatened the status quo

The Navy told me the ocean keeps eating their fighter jets so I asked how many fighter jets the navy has and they said they just go to the fighter jet store to get a new fighter jets afterwards so I said it sounds like they’re just feeding fighter jets to the ocean and then the Navy started crying.
