Last October the WIRE published a 6 page "primer" looking at around 25 of my releases from 1984 to now. I'm grateful to Seymour Wright who took on the listening and writing challenge.

Thanks for the photos John.
Sadly Pat Thomas couldn't be at the Vortex last night because of ill health, but in truth he wasn't missed as the remaining trio of John Butcher, Dominic Lash and Steve Noble put on a superb show which encompassed both the energy and drive of free jazz and the timbral give and take of improv.
