- lack of grit/tenacity
- lack of leadership
- lack of creativity
- lack of new blood in the squad
We've got A LOT of work to do to turn this around at this point.

Toothless. We've got a team full of tidy players, which is great in theory. But right now it feels like we need some grit, we need some proper bastards to help us fight out of this trough of form that we've fallen into.
