🔎 Climate regulation doesn’t crowd out NGOs—it mobilizes them. Activism rises & persists, esp. in weaker enforcement contexts.

Grateful to @cerdi.bsky.social colleagues for seminar feedback 🙏

Most students are using AI to write, but not necessarily to cheat. They’re brainstorming, revising and thinking critically with tools like ChatGPT.

A writing professor says this isn’t a threat – it’s an opportunity, rather than a loss.
AI isn’t replacing student writing – but it is reshaping it
If AI allows students to automate routine cognitive tasks, it doesn’t mean they’re thinking less. It means their thinking is changing.

How much income would it take from the richest 10% of people in the world to match that of the poorest 10%?

As the chart shows, it takes less than 2 cents out of every dollar. That's less than *one-fiftieth* of their income, or one week of income in a year.

Anyone still using WeTransfer… it’s probably breaking contract terms now to use it for any client work.
WeTransfer just changed their TOS giving themselves permission to train AI on any content you transfer and produce derivative works based on content you transfer that they are allowed to monetize and you are not allowed payment for.

Stop using WeTransfer.
