After visiting the doctor's office last week and seeing how much weight I have gained back since my pre-covid weight loss, I'm back on the calorie-counting grind.
Some of it is vanity (let's be honest.) But I want to be able to do more and see more as I get older. Keeping myself accountable now.

Move mostly complete. Laundry and drying rug left to pick up tomorrow from the old place, letting the cleaners in, and walk-through. Then comes the hurdle of UNPACKING

No one goes into a marriage hoping that it will end. Many emotions are swirling within me. The house is emptier and my heart is broken. He’s gone and on his way to his new home, a new path without me. And after 16 years of being on the same path, it’s really scary walking it alone for both of us.
