Le sommet de la SADC, « très attendu » par Tshisekedi, s’est tenu hier au Zimbabwe. La SADC n’a ni demandé le retrait de l’armée rwandaise de #Goma, ni tenu le Rwanda pour responsable de la mort de soldats de la #SAMIDRC, ni même décidé du déploiement de troupes ou de moyens additionnels en #RDC.
