About a month ago, while looking through Russian NOTAMs, I stumbled across this location on Google Earth, north of St. Petersburg: 60.352N 30.772E. It was largely constructed between 2022-2023 and while I can't offer a definite assessment, it looks like a missile test facility.

I stumbled across this location in Demyansk, Russia, around 57.68N 32.52E; it's covered by a low level (SFC-1450m) daily airspace closure between 0600-1900.
This was a civilian airstrip that had been abandoned, but appears to have been undergoing some significant work between 2023-2024.
