Yeah, WhatsApp was purchased by Facebook, before it became Meta, so it's been a while.
WIRED should have known this, and WhatsApp should have been left off of the list of encrypted communication apps, or better yet, it should have been in a separate "Not safe to use" list in the article.

I keep looking through the data and asking smart people I know for any bright spots for Republicans, and I can't find any. I don't remember any election where you couldn't find something to point to. A total and complete defeat across the board for Trump and MAGA.

The ceasefire enacted yesterday was pretty much the same ceasefire that was on the table last Fall. And Netanyahu ignored it then. It wouldn’t be surprising at all that Trump told Netanyahu then not to agree to any ceasefire b4 the 2024 election bcuz it would help elect Harris.
