Today I met with the NHS England Autism team to discuss maternity care for #ActuallyAutistic people, and if Autism Health Passports could reduce the disadvantage.

The short answer is there are so many barriers in the NHS, health passports don't seem to be able to work (1/3)

Note how even the red cells are, all the same size and shape, very little variation.
Nice, normal platelets scattered in the background. Not too many, not too few.
Three perfect neutrophils round it all off.

One of many findings from this report. As a neurodiverse dad of three autistic children, the above really reasonates.
