A week or so ago I decided that today was going to be a mental health day and that I'd take the entire day off. It's taking every ounce of self control to not go sit at my desk and work.

Shooting Stars and Origami Swans is a raw, unfiltered look at my trans experience. At a time when trans voices are under attack, our stories must be heard.

Love is vast. Love is infinite.

Glass Hearts & Broken Pedestals explores love beyond labels—emotional connection, intimacy, and the courage to love on our own terms.

Some poems whisper. Some scream.

Published in 2017, Tantrums and Tempests was born from frustration—watching hard-won rights threatened, seeing injustice ignored. Poetry is power, and this collection is my call to action.

Tantrums and Tempests: Poetry as Activism
"Tantrums and Tempests" remains tragically relevant. It reminds us that progress is never guaranteed, that rights once won can be lost.

Healing isn’t just about big transformations—it’s about small, quiet moments where magic, joy, and peace are rediscovered. The poetry in Captured Moments is about those moments.

Some books demand to be written. Dive Bars & Empty Glasses wasn’t planned—it emerged from raw necessity.

This collection captures moments of addiction, despair, and longing. It's a reminder that survival is possible.

This should be exceedingly obvious, but when Stonewall stays up while references to trans people come down, they will measure the silence of cisgender people as concurrence for whatever they plan next, and it still won't protect you in the end. So please get loud. Our mutual survival depends on it.

First report of incorrect name of Gulf of Mexico made.

Google has blocked the ability to add or fix the location information for the Gulf of Mexico so the report was made as a technical issue.

Going to keep reporting it until it's fixed.

Right on! Just because he ordered it doesn't mean he can legally enforce it. Make every illegal, unconstitutional, order he gives a fight. Resist!
Received a letter from POTUS today purporting to remove me as Commissioner and Chair of the FEC. There's a legal way to replace FEC commissioners-this isn't it. I've been so fortunate to serve the American people and stir up some good trouble along the way. That's not changing anytime soon.

Hell yeah. Hold the line. This is what we need people to do.

Slow things down, don’t comply in advance so the courts have time to stop them. It’s starting to work.
