PSA: @britishairways.bsky.social please tell your “lost luggage” people that if luggage is lost in Phoenix Arizona, it is behind the British Airlines desk in a room with hundreds of luggage and the desk is only open for 2ish hours in the evening. Your luggage is their LAST PRIORITY.
