Blue states should start planning for this now. Setting up the process to prepare, organize, and train volunteers to do the counts. If the state needs to modify their current laws to make it happen, do it. Most of the those laws are administrative code, I suspect.

@therickwilson.bsky.social Just watched Friday's EITR & wonder what MAGAts would think of Russia taking Alaska & all the oil, gas and minerals from there. That's the equivalent of taking Ukraine. It's also Russia Adjacent land. 45 would be fast to unload. No bikini beaches for hotels.

Good Pack. There's still a grievously mistaken ideology out there that says hunger and poverty are the results of genetic inferiority and that investing in deprived populations is the problem, not the solution, because it prevents the weak from dying off. Dismantling USAID is an example.
