Musical theater even at the community level is hardcore. The kiddo had a successful first show in Shrek and is now a lead supporting in Freaky Friday! She’s playing Fletcher Blake. She has a 30 second singing solo and has a
ton of lines. It’s awesome when your kid finds their “thing”!

This morning at Dept of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) HQ in DC as mandatory return to office began, this video played on loop for ~5 mins on screens throughout the building, per agency source.

Building staff couldn’t figure out how to turn it off so sent people to every floor to unplug TVs.

When I say retatrutide is going to change medicine forever.

This is what I'm talking about.

Forget my puny 31% loss.

Dr. E is now only 25 pounds heavier than me despite starting at 350lbs. For comparison I was 240lbs.

This is going to change how we approach obesity forever.
Today was my 37th dose of Retatrutide. No new blood test results (2 months), but my waist is now 38.2" and my hips are now 45.3". Weight this morning was 190.6 lbs. Waist@start 58.3". Hips@start 66". Weight@start (my scale/records) was 349.4. Lost a bit > 45% of my start weight.

First microdose of retatrutide shot today. I’m stacking with tirzepatide to see how targeting the extra glucagon receptor goes. I love tirz but I get a really bad site reaction each time so I’m titrating up with reta and back down with tirz. I may switch tirzepatide out completely with cagri.

It’s so depressing to see how underfunded the art/creative programs are for kids in this area. The theatre the kids perform at is even rented and they don’t get to even step on stage until the actual performance. Any tips on soliciting local businesses for sponsorships and/or donations?

The sickening way McBride is treated in congress never ends.

At some point, you have to just stop taking it. I don't know where that point is for McBride, I know where it was for my own wife, you have to hit back.

At least in this case, a fellow Dem did afterwards and said "Mr. Speaker" in return.
Rep. Mary Miller introduces Rep. Sarah McBride as “The Gentleman from Delaware, Mr. McBride.”

Performative cruelty.

I'm glad that America is doing real classic end of empire stuff. A king who is visibly losing his mind declaring a war based on a dream he had. Greedy courtiers feuding over access to the treasury. Some looks are timeless.

Trump is moving faster than Hitler
Hitler became Chancellor of Germany on January 30, 1933. Just 7 weeks later, the Nazis opened the first concentration camp, Dachau, on March 22, 1933. It took 8 years of normalization and escalation before the first death camp was built for genocide.

We are past warning signs. We need to act now.

It’s the first day in weeks I haven’t had to run errands, have a field trip, go to rehearsals, libraries, and as an introvert that battles with burn out after one outing, it felt great. I honestly miss the days where we never left the house because of Covid.
