We checked in about our emotional well-being at today's staff meeting - my 3 employees from Ukraine said current Canada-US relations feel like Ukraine-Russia in the build-up to Feb. 2022. Seeking good ideas from those with experience in #traumainformed #museumpractices - staff care, programs, more.

We checked in about our emotional well-being at today's staff meeting - my 3 employees from Ukraine said current Canada-US relations feel like Ukraine-Russia in the build-up to Feb. 2022. Seeking good ideas from those with experience in #traumainformed #museumpractices - staff care, programs, more.
