My thoughts about the changes to the brackets and commander changes being considered.
1) If Urza and Kinnan aren't considered game changers, I'm not sure it makes sense for Seedborn Muse to be listed as a game changer. They do similar things - lots of mana - in different ways.

Just finished making changes to 10 of my decks to reflect expansion of the game changers list. In most cases I replaced tutors with less efficient tutors or some sort of interaction (about 50/50). I swapped in Clever Concealment for Teferi’s Protection in two decks.

I am really loving Tarkir Dragonstorm. All of the commander precons are excellent, and I am finding myself slotting a lot of the new cards into my existing decks. Not counting Aetherdrift Verges, I have already slotted in mor Tarkir cards than I have from Aetherdrift.

The more I play in the new brackets system, the more I think mana base optimization should be listed as one of the benchmarks differentiating the brackets. A more optimized mana base - ABUR duals/shocks/fetches provides speed/consistency beyond what one associates with precons.

I am not a video gamer and have never even watched someone play Final Fantasy, but a) it's cool to see the amount of joy some people are getting from these spoilers, and b) though I don't know or care about the IP, I can appreciate the cool new cards.

Some thoughts about the commander brackets and mana bases. Since bracket 2 is supposed to reflect decks as optimized as typical modern precons, optimized mana bases - ones with shocks, ABUR duals and fetches - might be noted as a benchmark for bracket 3+.
