Help me out here. Ideology is defined as a system of ideas and ideals. So if we are creating policy to combat “woke ideology” and “gender ideology” are we not trying to legislate ideas and beliefs? Seems to me, we are now dictating the correct way to think.

This is quite disturbing. The actions currently being taken by DOGE, facilitated by Trump, seem to track this.

The Panama Canal Authority has refuted U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s assertion that a deal was made to allow U.S. government vessels to transit the canal without fees, clarifying that no such agreement exists and that the established fee structure remains unchanged.

We non-Californians are really going to miss the funds and help coming from California once Trump and musk destroy federalism as it seems is their intent (along with lining their own pockets with whatever they can drain from the system)

I find myself in the unenviable position of driving a Tesla (Model 3) and being utterly embarrassed by this clown of a CEO; nice car though. It wouldn't be so bad if Musk weren't so high profile. But his trolling, pre-pubescent, clout and influence is just silly. How did we let this happen?
