I'm gonna watch this today as a little treat now that my thesis is submitted. I've avoided the reviews and I'll judge it for myself. From what the trailer has revealed, it's a more faithful adaptation of "Bachman's" novel than the 1987 film.

The main issue was the TV: I tried 5 sets and they all had issues with the RGB SCART C-SYNC signal. Eventually, I dug out a 2001 TV that works with everything. 🧵1/7

Speedball II: Brutal Deluxe
What can you say? SB2 is a triumph on the #C64 and potentially one of the very few games that were "better on the 64, than on the #Amiga". My mate Tim had a disk drive and we played this constantly. It is just so good. How they got it on the 64, not a clue..!
