Seriously. Go right now to What’s Hot or What’s Hot Classic and tell me how many “better people” you find in there.
There are plenty of other discoverability issues, but that’s the biggest and most obvious, especially to newer users.

Something I have never believed is that you should read conservatives to get their perspective. It’s actually very easily gotten; a little goes a long way. Conservatism is an intellectual defense of selfishness where the conservative is always in a superior in group. That’s it to me.
