I'll miss you so much and it hurts to know that I will never speak with you again, but I won't stop loving (others and you,) won't stop believing that the world can be a better place if we strive to make it so through acts of love, big and small. I won't stop creating.
Lastly, Jan wanted very much for anyone, everyone who she has touched in this life to keep -Being Creative.- Draw, Write, Sing, Dance, Play an instrument, Craft, -Create.- By doing so, you are honoring her memory and keeping the collective flame of creativity alive.
Jan didn't want a funeral, so there will not be one. Rather than spending a great deal of time mourning her passing, she wanted us to celebrate her life. Remember her fondly, tell stories about her, and have a party! Therefore, there will be a Memorial Party for Jan. (Please see her FB for details)

Izumi Matsumoto (Kimagure Orange Road manga) and I cofounded Genesis Digital Publishing, the first digital manga in Japan. We released on new format CD-ROM. It was my manga debut, TRANSCENDENCE. I really loved working with him and I’m so sad he passed away. We had so much fun in his studio.
