I am so sick of people "updating" their houses (ie: painting kitchen cabinets and wood trim white, adding a shitty backsplash, and putting in grey toned fake hardwood) and then jacking up the price 100k before selling. SELL ME YOUR UGLY HOUSE SO I CAN UPDATE IT MYSELF YOU HAVE TERRIBLE TASTE

Absolutely! As bad as things are, the fact is our country has been through much worse. But we can't just wait for things to change on their own. Windows of opportunity close, and we have to be active and vocal now so that there is a later.

I love airports it's 930am and there's a man at the table next to me eating a chicken sandwich, 2 guys absolutely slamming beers at the bar, and 2 old ladies chatting over coffee and pastries a few tables over
