Y’all, I am so tired. Tired of battling misinformation (malicious or otherwise) & conspiracies, being the target of so much hate because I work for a government agency, etc. I am just a normal person who wants to help people & give them accurate info to keep them safe from hazardous weather.
The misinformation has gotten worse since Katrina. Rumors I can deal with three times a day on TV. Today’s media environment doesn’t effectively challenge misinformation. — Gen. Honoré
