NEW NHS DATA: NHS performance on main waiting list target (improving % waiting <18 weeks for treatment) stays flat at 59% between Nov & December (overall target 92% - but a 65% target to hit by March 2026).

Overall list dips a smidge from 7.48m to 7.46m cases
