I’m pretty sure that the cost isn’t as much of an issue as the MPs/Lords that keep blocking and delaying action on the restoration because they don’t want Parliament to be held anywhere else

If only there were some form of ‘Short’ Trek format where they could do experimental stories and episodes without having to commit to a full 20-60 minute episode
Star Trek: Strange New Worlds

Akiva Goldsman: "We really wanted to do a 'TAS' episode, and for a bunch of reasons we couldn't quite get there. We haven't done a straight animated episode, and I don't think we will. Whether it would break the show or not, I don't know. Probably not."
The Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Animated Pitch That Will (Probably) Never Happen - SlashFilm
Strange New Worlds has delved into the world of animation before, but the Star Trek series' creatives have an even more ambitious idea for an animated episode.

It always felt like a missed opportunity that Eaglemoss didn’t make their XL runabout the Rubicon with screen grabs printed on the windows to replicate this

As a PSA to anyone in the 'Star Trek Voyager Fan Group' on Facebook.

That group not only allows AI slop that sexualises actors, but has an admin who (despite the groups supposed support for free speech) has banned any discussion about Tim Russ because...

Well look at their PFP.

59 years ago today, Star Trek first aired in the US. A five-year mission that became six decades of imagination, inspiration, and community.

From Kirk to Burnham, DS9 to Lower Decks, every era has added something unique.

What was the first Trek you watched—and which one made you fall in love?

There is not a big enough deal made out of Tory BBC board meddling. Which led to the appointment of the likes of Robbie Gibb, yes, the May Gov comms director, yes the former GB News exec who led fundraising efforts for the creation of that channel.
