I am ashamed today that in my 30 years I have never visited the KWVR, before this weekend that is. Think I might have found my new favourite railway (after Bo’ness of course). Had an amazing weekend, with some brilliant friends and company 🥰

Only been back in the gym and lifting weights again for a couple of months but already squatting 25% more than my body weight. Well and truly on the road to 100kg squats 🦵🦵
