Hey chicken (& et al. Avian) friends (and other interested parties).

I had to do a research project on lemon balm, for school and in that I just found a link between previous antivirus clinical studies on lemon balm and flu. It got me thinking if avian flu had been studied so i looked into it.

After about 9 days of feeding and whistling... after dozens of songbirds have shown them the way...

The crows have arrived.

Good things.

My incredible spouse turned the tree stumps into a platform feeder and also built one for the alter for the crows. This morning there were 9 deer!

Whimsy.

The good:

I pet a lamb.

My neighbors gave me permission to feed their cows and pet them anytime I want.

The kitchen is unpacked and new plates have been acquired.

There is a brown thrasher that is a little leaf flipping menance in our front yard and it is the most delightful little gremlin.
