This is a genuine SOS. I had a seizure when my mom passed 6 months ago and am waiting to be cleared to drive. I put everything aside and became her home healthcare worker which is why I am on unemployment..

I got a freestanding reflex bag for practicing boxing today to add to my workout routine. 45 minutes has destroyed me lol. I can't imagine getting hit with heavier gloves. 16oz which is the practice weight already seems like it would mess you up. Even more respect for fighters was gained today.
