Who’s the best source for interpreting yesterday’s travel ban language for the “partial” countries? My read is anyone holding passports from that list won’t be allowed in and future visas won’t be issued. 1) Eg it actually annuls existing visas? 2) what about LPRs from those countries?

Since this has come up repeatedly in the last few days—no, you do not need to take down your bird feeder because of avian flu. The USDA is not worried about spillover from songbirds. The wild reservoirs are WATERFOWL.

I don't know who needs to know this, but Pro Publica has an online thing that will format a letter to your US health insurance company to demand the records behind a claim denial. (which the insurance is then legally required to provide in most cases)
