This week has been so magical! I've been listening to the Herbalism Academy's annual virtual conference and have learned so much. It is always such a pleasure to hear Maria Noel Groves speak, and I got to listen to so many others for the first time. I ❤️ learning about herbal medicine!

I need summer to be here. I need to be able to garden, not only for the stress relief it provides from working in the dirt but also for what I'm able to produce. I gave away a good amount of produce last year & plan to increase what I grow this year to be able to give more away.
