This is my country. I was born and raised here. I said the Pledge of Allegiance in grade school — and still say it at baseball games and veteran luncheons. I served in the military and earned a Purple Heart for it. I raised my children to be good Americans. Don’t ever try to take my country from me!

We’re better off when we lift others up rather than keeping people down. I trust science. I believe that our children are way smarter than they’re given credit for. I try to give more than I get. I know that we must always try to do better. I am an American.
