The Living Wage Foundation’s Life on Low Pay 2025 report has painted a stark picture of life for millions across the UK. More than 4.5 million workers earn below the real Living Wage and over half of low-paid parents have turned to food banks in the past year just to get by.

At Innate Needs, our mission has always been clear: make it easier for people to find the support they need, when they need it. That’s why we built the UK’s largest open-access map of community support and we’re pleased to share the platform is now completely free to everyone.

It’s 2025. We live in an age where we can order food at the tap of a screen, track parcels across continents, and get real-time travel updates to the minute. And yet, for something far more important - finding help when life takes a difficult turn - the process is still far too complicated.

Across the country, people are struggling to get the right support, in the right place, at the right time.

That’s why the government’s new focus on Neighbourhood Health Services is something we’re paying close attention to. The idea is simple: shift care out of hospitals and into local communities.

Our recent soft launch has been a massive success.

We’re now preparing for the full launch which will go live on 1st August 2025. From that point onwards, the platform will be fully open and completely free to use.
