Putting off a colonoscopy for two years was my biggest cancer regret. #2 was that it happened 5 years earlier than new therapies.
Things are moving so fast, if you can make choices that just delay getting cancer by 5, 10 years, you could be looking at a vastly improved outlook and quality of life.
