Meilenstein: Die EU hat sich auf eine Anti-Korruptions-Richtlinie geeinigt. Gut ist, dass damit die Bekämpfung von Korruption über die Grenzen der Mitgliedstaaten hinweg gestärkt wird. Die Richtlinie bleibt jedoch hinter unseren Erwartungen zurück, besonders bei der Prävention von Korruption. 1/
