Besides all of the creative inspiration David Lynch provided when I was at film school at SVA - my fondest memory was the surreal sight of Lynch himself sitting on a lawn with a live cow promoting Inland Empire while I was driving down Hollywood Blvd. Almost crashed my car! Loss of a true legend RIP

2024 is going to be hard to recap. Some real highs and lows for me (directed a horror/thriller feature with a dream cast/produced a film for Lionsgate/attached an academy award winner for another feature) But the political landscape going forward is so dark and bleak. How to reconcile this?
