Growth. Not getting invested in other people’s shit that doesn’t involve me. Saw some drama, didn’t want to have anything to do with it or look into it. Preserving my happiness by not adding to the stuff I am trying to work through and heal from. Bonus points to me today. 😁

Miss a notification to video chat on a day they needed support. By time I see it, they’re alseep. (Was wandering around internet and my adhd was all over the place so didn’t see notice). Burst into tears. Thanks brain. I know it will be ok and we’ll talk in morning but damn it😔

Insomnia and sensory issues are fun. Woke up at 1am , I couldn’t stand how my clothes felt on me, so I took them off. Proceeded to burrito myself in blankets and then doom scrolled for 3 hours. Then zonked out and had weird ass confusing dreams. Thanks mind it’s been fun! 🤦🏻♀️🫣
