Newbie here and curious to see how it works—taking a break from the other! Postdoctoral researcher at IICG and URJC, exploring biodiversity and ecosystem functioning in freshwater habitats. Interested in body size scaling, biological invasions, macroecology, food webs and more!
No hesitate to join this PhD position in aquatic ecology! A great environment, nice people, and great place overall!
The day has come 💫 I will soon open up a 4-year PhD position @biodiversosurjc.bsky.social .

We'll be studying how global change impacts high-mountain lake food webs ⛰️. Details to follow. DM me if you're interested, and please share!

Look at one of the amazing outcomes from the last workshop organized at the @iicg-urjc.bsky.social made by the brilliantly scientific illustrator @jmalumbresolarte.bsky.social!

It summarizes key aspects in how to foster workshops, framing a space for brainstorming, and planning future strategies
👀Jagoba Malumbres, a scientific illustrator who participated in our first ‘MACROsize’ Workshop, has prepared an infographic on the process of promoting research workshops, using this workshop as a case study.

💡A bit of inspiration to encourage brainstorming spaces 💡
