30 years ago, a bomb exploded outside a federal office building in Oklahoma City. Years later, I visited the Oklahoma City National Memorial Museum and it shook me similar to when I visited the Anne Frank House. Brought back memories of witnessing the bombing a few days later in 1995 in Sacramento.

Rachel Carson is rolling over in her grave. I’m not old enough to remember the burning of the Cuyahoga River, but I never want to go back to that time. My whole life has been shaped by the environmental movement that came out of the late 60s and 70s.

I like the clean air and clean water I have now.

An emergency order a free up our trees, really is that necessary. I like my trees right where they are,
in my state and national forests and want access to them for years to come. I want my child and his children to have access to them.

The federal civilian worker payroll totaled $271 billion in 2022.

The annual cost of permanently extending Trump's tax cuts that primarily benefited rich individuals? $400 billion.

Keep this in mind as Trump and DOGE lay off thousands of federal workers.
