Why we planned our solar system to be as big as it is with 48kwh of battery storage. Initial design was off grid. But later grid connectivity was far cheaper than thought so we have a grid connection but don’t really need it to be self sufficient. And charge cars #solar #battery #energy

Weather and climate research funds are being “chainsawed” from NOAA's budget. Last I checked, Louisiana & Florida, which are maximally susceptible to Hurricanes, voted Red in the last General Election.
